Earthquake control operation (P wave detector)
In the event of an earthquake, after the P wave detector has initially determined the preliminary tremor (P wave), and before the main tremor (S wave) with a more intense earthquake wave begins to strike, the elevator will stop at the nearest floor swiftly to allow passengers to leave earlier and seek safety shelter. When the S wave detector has determined that the main tremor has fallen below the detection value, the elevator will resume its operation after a certain time.
Power failure auto stop device
During a power outbreak, if the elevator has not stopped on a particular floor, it will start this device to drive the elevator at low speed to park adjacently on one floor, open the elevator door to evacuate the passengers.
Full-load passing mechanism (indicator light)
When the car is near to full-load condition, it will not answer to hall call during operation but only to execute elevator call service.
Time limit control device (auto elevator stop mechanism)
Set up by time limit control device, if the elevator is left idle for a long time without anybody using it, it will cut off power automatically to conserve energy.
Manual hall stop switch
The elevator can be controlled on and off using a key at the hall operating panel.
Auto on/off setting of elevator
According to customer requirements, the elevator can be set with an on/off time.
Emergency use elevator functions (first, second fire prevention)
In the event of a fire, the fire fighters can use a specific key to operate the elevator to ease putting off the fire and rescuing people. At normal time, it is used as an ordinary passenger elevator.
Door opening delay device
After the door opening delay switch has been pressed ON, the elevator is able to extend the door opening time. This is commonly used in hospital and freight elevators.
P hotoelectric door detector
Whenever a passenger or an object enters/leaves the elevator, this photoelectric detector will keep the door open to ease the entering/leaving of passenger or object.
Specific operation device
When the specific operation button is pressed ON, the elevator will only accept elevator call signals to stop the car at selected floors directly according to elevator calls.
Specific devices for the handicapped
The elevator devices suitable for the handicapped include wheelchair specific operating panel, Braille characters, vocal announcing system, photoelectric door detector, door opening delay device, handrails, rearview mirror and others.
