| Earthquake control operation (P wave detector) |
| In the event of an earthquake, after the P wave detector has initially determined the preliminary tremor (P wave), and before the main tremor (S wave) with a more intense earthquake wave begins to strike, the elevator will stop at the nearest floor swiftly to allow passengers to leave earlier and seek safety shelter. When the S wave detector has determined that the main tremor has fallen below the detection value, the elevator will resume its operation after a certain time. |

| During a power outbreak, if the elevator has not stopped on a particular floor, it will start this device to drive the elevator at low speed to park adjacently on one floor, open the elevator door to evacuate the passengers. |

| The elevator devices suitable for the handicapped include wheelchair specific operating panel, Braille characters, vocal announcing system, photoelectric door detector, door opening delay device, handrails, rearview mirror and others. |
